about

Gloria was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to Tampa to study graphic design, where she worked with global, national, and local brands to increase revenue and inspire innovation. After years of experience in the field, she wanted to create a company with a clear vision and mission, a high standard for design, and a positive work environment. Along with her husband, Dr. Ryan, she founded energyhill in 2013.

She inspires the team with exceptional leadership and upholds the culture and core values that were essential to the company’s foundation. Her focus is in creating visual brand identities that resonate with audiences and position organizations to grow. As a passionate leader, Gloria’s presence is a huge influence on the team’s success.

A working wife and a mother of four beautiful children, this proud soccer mom is always on the move. When she’s not blasting Luis Miguel in the office, she can be found hosting parties at her house, cooking delicious meals, or playing board games with the family.

“Seeing the lack of ‘family vibe’ and care for the team in other agencies led me and Ryan to start our own. We love what we do and we love our people.”
